Warranty Terms

The company provides a warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase of the product from the retailer.

Dear Buyer, ensure the at the point of purchase in your presence the retailer tests the product for faults and appropriately completes the warranty card.

The warranty card is only valid when it is dated and stamped by the authorized retailer.

The warranty card should be presented whenever you contact an authorized service center within the warranty period.

You can obtain warranty service without charge within the warranty period provided that the product was operated in accordance with instruction given by manufacturer, for the purpose it is intended for (e.g. for use in the household only) and in compliance with the voltage requirements, and was not tampered with or damaged. The warranty does not extend to the following:

  • consumables and accessories (filters, nets, bags, nozzles, etc.);
  • Components and parts which require replacement due to normal wear and tear;
  • mechanical damage;
  • damage caused by using the household product for purposes other than personal household needs;
  • damage caused by water quality;
  • defects caused by overuse, misuse, negligence, penetration of liquids, dust, insects and other foreign objects into the product, limescale deposits (regardless the quality of water used), the impact of excessive heat on plastic and other temperature sensitive parts, irresistible force (accidents, fire, flood, electrical disturbance, lightning, etc.);
  • damage caused by alterations or modifications of the product or its components executed by unauthorized people.
  • the product which has undergone repairs elsewhere, except in the authorized service centers of the manufacturer
After-sale service is provided in any country or city where the company's products are available for retail purchase.

In the unlikely event of a failure of the product please, contact one of the service centers listed in the warranty card or on the website.
